Genshin - Strange Parchment Start
The Guiding Parchment is obtained from either the particle Time Trial Challenge in Devantaka Mountain, combat Time Trial challenge, or fishing spot challenge catching fish from the fishing spot. Either way, you'll need to have the Unsealed Parchment to progress.

Beat the Particles Collection Time Trial challenge in Devantaka Mountain. You can start the challenge below the Statue of the Seven nearby the large Ruin Golem arm.

Use the Four-Leaf Sigils to collect all 8 particles easily. The first five particles can be obtained this way, while the other three can be obtained by simply walking forward.
